Q:  How many bands do I use?   
A: For most people, we recommend beginning with three or four bands.  Stand erect with arms extended comfortably in front of you.  Pay attention to the posts that hold the resistance bands.  Stabilize with one hand and apply "torque" with the other.  Determine how difficult it was for you to reach at or near the 45 degree angle.  Do not torque beyond a 90 degree angle.  Once beyond 90 degree, the bands are no longer providing resistance but actually pulling the posts together.  If you did not feel a mild muscle "burn", add a forth band.  Try again.  You do not want to start with so much resistance that you can not do 15 repetitions.  However, you do not want the repetitions to be so easy that your muscles are not challenged.  
Q:  How do I get more bands?
A: 8 bands is more than enough for the complete lifetime use of the Armory.  No one has yet asked for additional bands but should you decide for what ever reason that you would like extra we will provide them at cost plus shipping.
